Perfect location near the beach and harbour. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Assisted with organizing trips and transportation to the port. Close to great breakfast and coffee at Secrete Penida. Sushi island was close for a great meal

Spent xmas on the beach. The view was stunning and it's near local restaurants. Our room had AC and hot water though the water pressure did vary, and we were also able to rent a scooter. The staff arranged an awesome snorkeling tour for us and there were great water activities available nearby.
Some parts of the room were dirty and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The Wi-Fi connection was poor, the TV had limited channels with no English ones available, and there was no refrigerator. It would have been nicer if the hygiene standards were better and the amenities were more comprehensive.

I had a great time at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the harbour and other attractions like snorkelling. There were many restaurants on the beach which was a nice bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful, organising transport and trips. The hotel was clean and had good facilities. Breakfast was great and the coffee was fantastic.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

Located near the beach and restaurants, this accommodation provides guests with beautiful views and proximity to snorkeling and diving activities. the rooms have air conditioning and hot water. Staff are generally friendly and can arrange tours.
The lack of cleanliness, including sandy floors and poor Wi-Fi, and occasional rodent sightings can detract from the overall experience.

Located right by the beach, which was perfect for early morning walks and great sunsets. There were a few good restaurants and food places nearby, so you won't have to travel far for meals. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help us out.
There were a few things that could've been improved. the bathroom was a bit outdated and could use some fixing up.
